ICBM Integration Support Contract (ISC-2)

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Integration Support Contract (ISC-2) is one of the largest and most important Department of Defense contracts in decades. ISC-2 will provide the ICBM Program Offices under the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center with engineering, logistics, test and programmatic support for integration and life cycle sustainment of the Minuteman III (MM-III) ICBM and the future weapon system, the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD). ISC-2 will ensure continued combat capability of MM-III through transition to GBSD, a complex activity that will take several years. ISC-2 will provide Digital Engineering, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) and incorporate Digital Twin technologies in performance of the integration and sustainment of MM-III, and development and fielding oversight of GBSD. This work is primarily located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, in close proximity to Salt Lake City, but will also support weapon system transition activities across the three ICBM wings located across the Northern Tier.
