Andreas (Andy) Wilfong is Infinity’s CEO and Founder. Since Infinity’s founding in 1996 from 2020, he led the company as President with 24 straight years of company growth supporting space and ground systems in the Department of Defense sector. In 2020, he resigned his Presidency, but remained CEO for the company he created.

Andy graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Before he started Infinity, Andy worked as a Systems Engineer on the Global Positioning System satellite program for the US Air Force. Andy is also the founder and Board Chairman of Empowering Education - a non-profit organization that offers Social and Emotional Learning support to schools and students.

Andy’s leadership has earned Infinity the award of best Small Business in the state of Colorado in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012. In 2013 Infinity was recognized as the Colorado Springs Growth Company of the Year and also received the “Colorado Companies to Watch” award in 2015. Infinity Systems Engineering has been recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine as the 25th best small business to work for in the nation and has maintained an impressive 93% employee retention rate. Infinity was ranked on the Inc. 5000 list for 10 consecutive years, a record for Colorado companies. In 2019, Infinity received the 2nd place award in the Colorado Springs Gazette Best Workplaces competition out of over 300 companies.
