Desaray Bibb is Infinity’s Director of Human Resources and is responsible for directing all HR functions through: policy design, recruitment processes, and team development strategies so that outcomes align with Infinity’s mission.

Desaray is a University of Colorado at Denver graduate with an earned Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and is certified in PHR and SHRM-CP. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources in both the public and private sector. Her HR experience includes; employee relations, employment law, compliance and soft skills training, organizational development, and performance management.

In her free time, Desaray enjoys traveling outside of her native home in Colorado and seeing new places with her husband and young daughter.
