Donald Conroy, III (DC) is Infinity’s Director of Innovation and responsible for leading investment and innovation initiatives, including internal research and development (IRAD) and overseeing Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) initiatives at Infinity.

DC is a 1990 Graduate of the USAF Academy, with a Major in Astronautical Engineering. After serving 11 years in the USAF, he worked in the industry specializing in developing innovative solutions to complex DoD Challenges. He has over thirty years of complex DoD systems acquisition/contract technical support and diverse government agency coordination, twelve years of highly technical ICBM-, Satellite-, and C2-acquisition experience, four years of Navy ship design and affordability analysis trades, four years of satellite operations management and multi-segment software maintenance.

During his 20 plus years working in the industry, DC led a team that won over 30 Phase I and Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) efforts. These foundational SBIR efforts provided a foundation for the team to win over 40 Phase III, sole source contracts across the AF, Space Force, Navy, Army and USMC.
