Kathy Dolan joined the Infinity team in 2005 and is currently the Director of Industrial Security, responsible for managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program. 

Kathy has 30 plus years’ experience as an award-winning security professional with accomplishments in managing, operating, and overseeing collateral security requirements for multiple contracts on Federal Government Programs, both as the Prime Contractor and as a Subcontractor.  She served a nationally elected position on the Board of Directors for NCMS, the Society for Security Professionals, for 12 years.  In 2012, Kathy was awarded the NCMS Society Award for her contributions to that organization and in 2016 was awarded the NCMS Dr. James N. Hickok Industrial Security Professional Award for the continuing education and mentoring of Security Professionals and contributions to the professionalization to the Industrial Security Professionals (ISP’s).  Further, Kathy was certified as an ISP from 2004 to June 2023 and was also Board Certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) from 1998 through June 2023.

Kathy is a five-time recipient of the Department of Defense “James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award” in 1996, 1999, 2008, 2016, and 2023.  The latest three were Cogswell’s awarded to Infinity Systems Engineering.
