Tom Kelkenberg is Infinity’s Director of Programs and is responsible for overall program execution and contract administration/oversight of PNT, Space Domain Awareness, Launch, and Intelligence Programs.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in history & government from Columbia College. His distinguished 20-year military career includes 8 years in the United States Navy Submarine Force and 12 years in the United States Air Force. During his Air Force career, he played a crucial role in GPS Space Operations for both the 2nd and 19th Space Operations Squadrons.

In 2010, Tom joined Infinity, where he has been a key player in various roles, including Transition Engineering, Technical Documentation, and Training for GPS Control Segment development efforts. Before assuming his current position, Tom served as the Program Manager for the GPS OCX Program.
