Veteran hiring is an important focus at Infinity Systems Engineering. We recognize the invaluable skills and experience that veterans bring to the table, and we actively seek to recruit and hire veterans for our team.
One of the key reasons why we value veteran hiring, is because of the transferable skills and unique experiences that veterans bring to the workplace. Military service requires a high level of discipline, leadership, and teamwork, which are all critical skills that are highly valued in our industry. Veterans also have experience working in diverse and complex environments, which can be uniquely valuable when working on complex engineering projects.

To facilitate veteran hiring, we partner with a variety of veteran-focused organizations and job boards, such as Hire Heroes USA and the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program. We also participate in job fairs and other networking events to connect with veterans who are interested in careers in aerospace and defense.
A range of support services are provided for our veterans to ensure success within our company through mentorship, training programs, and resources to help veterans navigate the civilian workplace and build their professional networks. Through our focus on veteran hiring and support, we believe that we can build a stronger, more diverse, and more inclusive workforce that will help us achieve our mission of creating sustainable solutions for generations to come.
